SKIAREAL Špindlerův Mlýn is the most important winter centre in Czech Republic. A lot of important world sport events take place each year here. Sport area is composed of the following centres: Svatý Petr-Hromovka, Medvědín, Horní Mísečky, ski lift Davidovka, ski lift Labská, ski lifts Horal and Krakonoš. Approximately 700 thousands clients visit sport area during winter season. SKIAREAL Špindlerův Mlýn operates 4 chair lifts and 11 ski lifts in Špindlerův Mlýn and Horní Mísečky, total 25 km downhill slopes. 85 % of downhill slopes can be covered by artificial snow in the case of bad weather conditions. Ski ticket bought in any box-office, you can use in all chair lifts and ski lists /ski lifts in Horní Mísečky, Davidovka, Labská and Horal you can buy lower fare/. Area Svatý Petr is the most important sport centre in Špindlerův Mlýn. A lot of important sport events take place each year here. The length of exceeding and preparation of downhill slopes are the first quality in whole Czech Republic. Very visited is snowpark including U ramp. In whole Špindlerův Mlýn /4 chair lifts and 11 ski lifts/ is valid one fare. Svatý Petr is connected with ski area Medvědín by regular SKI BUS. The visitors of Špindlerův Mlýn find many restaurants, ski and snowboard schools, night free time possibilities - swimming pools, bowling, sleigh and sledge route, discotheques and also every day night skiing in new built /in the year 2003/ downhill slope Hromovka here. Area Medvědín is connected by chair lift with area Horní Mísečky. Area Medvědín is more and more visited by the skiers who like comfortable skiing under the sun. Black and red downhill slopes are very good, available for sport skiing. Area Horní Mísečky is available also for the skiers beginners and for the families with the children. Area Horní Mísečky offers 4 ski lifts - allways prepared downhill slopes and snowpark for snowboard skiers. Cross country routes are sought after by lovers of cross country skiing. Cross country routes are daily prepared, it is starting place for ridge tours.

The winter sports centre of Benecko offers magnificent views of the surrounding landscape, the Kotel mountain (1434 m above the sea level) and the ridges of the Giant Mountains (Krkonoše). Situated 700 to 1000 metres above the sea level, the centre offers downhill skiers eight ski lifts with regularly groomed runs, providing ideal conditions for children, beginners and snowboarders. The piste is equipped with a snow-making system, with the HSK lift offering night skiing. Those who prefer cross-country skiing will enjoy racing and tourist trails leading to Horní Mísečky and joining the new Giant Mountains ssi trail.

Ski areas Herlíkovice and Bubákov are located just 4 km from Vrchlabí close to road to Špindlerova Mlýna. We offer to our ski visitors double chair lift long 1450 m, 3 ski lifts in area Herlíkovice and other 5 ski lifts in area Bubákov. The skiing in area Bubákov is available for skiers beginners and the families with the children. Area Herlíkovice offers the skiing for advanced skiers. The chair lift goes to the hill Žalý 1019 above sea level, you can see beautiful view to whole Giant Mountains including the mountain Sněžka /the biggest mountain in Czech Republic 1602 m above sea level/ from here. Žalý is also available place for entrace to cross country routes in Benecko and Mísečky. New is ski lift with transport capacity 1200 persons/hour and connection of ski areas with the common checking system. The areas offer the night skiing on 4 ski lifts, total 2 km of lighted downhill slopes. Our modern system for artificial snow assures quality snow conditions, in this time we are able to cover by artificial snow downhill slopes till the top of Žalý. All downhill slopes are daily prepared. We offer to snowboards snowpark with own ski lift. The skiers beginners can use ski school and nursery with children ski lift. In lower station of ski lift Herlíkovice I is new renting office of skis and snowboards, ski service, shop with sport equipment, ski school and the chalet with refreshment. The parking places are free of charge.
